The Joint Organization for Inner-City Needs better know as J.O.I.N was thrilled to hold a grand opening for its new location back in August of 2007.  The move was necessary due to the old building being razed to make way for up-scale downtown condominiums.  Such is progress.  However, when one door is closed another is opened.  In this case, that door was the one leading to our new building.  The new facility has more square footage, better security, larger restroom facilities, larger waiting areas and is brighter thanks to the large bank of windows out front.  Thank you to all the volunteers and donors who made the move a success.
